Day 6 — Grace for Divine Health and Healing

The Word — “Healing Is the Children’s Bread”

When a Gentile woman came to Jesus for the healing of her daughter, Jesus said healing was the children’s bread (Matthew 15:26). Not a luxury. Not a rare miracle. Not something reserved for a special few. Bread — the everyday staple, the daily provision. Tonight on Day 6, we declare that divine health and healing are not exceptional occurrences — they are grace-covenant realities for every child of God.

1. Healing Is in the Atonement. Isaiah 53:5 declares that with His stripes we are healed. This was not just a prediction — it was a covenant declaration. The same atonement that purchased our salvation also purchased our healing. Peter confirms it: Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed (1 Peter 2:24). Healing was purchased at Calvary. It is not something to hope for — it is something to receive.

2. God’s Nature Is to Heal. One of God’s covenant names is Jehovah Rapha — I am the LORD that healeth thee. Healing is not just what God does — it is part of who He is. His nature is to heal. His instinct is to restore. His desire is for you to walk in divine health. Everywhere Jesus went, He healed. He healed the blind, the lame, the lepers, the deaf, and the dead. His healing ministry was a demonstration of His Father’s nature — a God who heals ALL manner of sickness and disease.

3. Receiving Your Healing By Grace Through Faith. Healing, like salvation, is received by grace through faith. You do not earn healing by being good enough. You do not qualify for healing by your level of spirituality. Healing is a covenant right, received by faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ. Speak the Word over your body. Stand on the promises. Refuse to accept sickness as your permanent condition. Declare that you are healed — not because you feel it yet, but because the Word of God says it.

Declare Today

• I declare that by the stripes of Jesus I am healed.
• Every sickness and disease in my body is destroyed by the power of God’s grace.
• My body is the temple of the Holy Spirit.
• No infirmity shall dwell here — I am a healed child of God.
• I receive divine health as my covenant right.
• Jehovah Rapha is my God and He heals ALL my diseases.
• I am healed, whole, and walking in divine health. Amen!

Pray

1. Thanksgiving for Health Already Received. Father, we thank You for the health we already have. We thank You for every healing You have performed in our bodies in the past. We thank You that You are Jehovah Rapha — the God who heals. We worship You tonight as the Great Physician. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
2. Healing for the Chronically Ill. Father, in the name of Jesus, we lay hands on every person in this congregation suffering from chronic illness. We command every spirit of infirmity to leave. We declare healing over every organ, every system, every cell. Let the same power that raised Jesus from the dead quicken their mortal bodies. In Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.
3. Healing for Cancer and Terminal Illness. Lord, we specifically pray for anyone battling cancer or a terminal diagnosis. You are not bound by medical prognosis. You are the God who spoke life into existence. Speak life into every terminal situation. Let supernatural healing manifest where medicine has reached its limit. We declare: You shall live and not die! In Jesus’ name. Amen.
4. Against the Spirit of Infirmity. In the name of Jesus, we bind and cast out every spirit of infirmity operating against this congregation. We break every assignment of sickness and disease. We declare that the blood of Jesus is a wall of protection around every body in this house. Sickness — you have no authority here! In Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.
5. Divine Health as a Lifestyle. Lord, we pray not just for healing but for divine health as a lifestyle. Give us wisdom to care for the bodies You have given us. Give us self-discipline in our eating, our rest, and our exercise. Let the grace of divine health be our daily reality, not just our occasional experience. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
6. Healing for Mental Health. Father, we pray for every person battling mental illness — depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and PTSD. The same Jesus who cast out demons and healed the mentally afflicted is here tonight. Let His grace produce supernatural mental healing. Let every mind that has been tormented come to rest in His peace. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
7. Declaration of Divine Health. We declare over every person in this congregation: You are healed by His stripes! You are whole by His grace! Your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit and it functions according to divine design! Sickness is broken! Infirmity is expelled! Divine health is your portion! From Grace to Grace — WE ARE HEALED AND WE OVERFLOW! Amen!
