Day 13 — Grace for Divine Wisdom

The Word — “The Wisdom that Grace Provides”
Information is abundant. Knowledge is accessible. But wisdom — the ability to rightly apply knowledge, to make right decisions, to navigate complex situations with divine insight — wisdom is rare. Tonight on Day 13, we explore the grace of divine wisdom — the kind of wisdom that cannot be learned in any school but flows freely from the God who is wisdom itself.
1. God Gives Wisdom Liberally to All Who Ask. James 1:5 is one of the most generous promises in all of Scripture. Any of you — not just the highly educated, not just the spiritually mature, not just the clergy — ANY of you who lacks wisdom can simply ask God and He will give it. But notice how He gives — liberally, and without upbraiding. God does not give wisdom reluctantly. He does not remind you of your failures when you ask. He gives freely, generously, and without reproach. Divine wisdom is available to everyone — right now.
2. Divine Wisdom Vs Human Wisdom. This wisdom descendeth not from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish…But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits (James 3:15-17). Human wisdom is limited by information, experience, and perspective. Divine wisdom transcends all three. It gives you insight into situations your natural mind cannot fully comprehend. It produces decisions that lead to life, peace, and the fulfillment of God’s purpose.
3. Wisdom in Every Area of Life. Solomon asked for wisdom and received it — and as a result, everything else he needed was added to him. Wisdom is the master key that unlocks every other door. Wisdom in your marriage produces a thriving relationship. Wisdom in business produces sustainable prosperity. Wisdom in ministry produces lasting fruit. Wisdom in parenting produces godly children. When you have divine wisdom, you make the right choices — and right choices lead to right outcomes.
Declare Today
- I declare that I walk in the wisdom of God.
- I make decisions guided by divine insight and understanding.
- I am not moved by human reasoning alone — I am led by the Spirit.
- Wisdom flows through me like a river.
- Every decision I make in this season is seasoned with grace and wisdom.
- All the treasures of wisdom and knowledge are in Christ — and I am in Christ.
- I am wise with God’s wisdom. In Jesus’ name. Amen!
Pray
- Thanksgiving for Wisdom Already Given. Father, we thank You for the wisdom You have already deposited in us through Your Holy Spirit and Your Word. We thank You for every wise decision that saved us from disaster. We thank You that we have the mind of Christ. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
- Wisdom for Personal Decisions. Lord, we pray for divine wisdom for every personal decision our members are facing — decisions about careers, relationships, business, ministry, and life direction. Give them clear divine guidance. Let them hear Your voice saying: This is the way, walk ye in it. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
- Wisdom for Church Leadership. Father, we pray for divine wisdom for our shepherd, Avse Sanmi Dawodu, and all the leadership of CCC Bilehou Oshoffa Miracle Land Parish. Give them the wisdom of Solomon to lead this congregation. Let every decision made in leadership be guided by Your Spirit. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
- Wisdom in Business and Finances. Lord, give our members divine wisdom in their businesses and financial dealings. Let them see opportunities others miss. Let them avoid pitfalls others fall into. Give them creative ideas that produce supernatural results. Let divine wisdom produce divine prosperity. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
- Wisdom in Raising Children. Father, we pray for divine wisdom for every parent in this congregation. Parenting in this generation is complex and challenging. Give parents the wisdom to understand their children, communicate with them effectively, and raise them in the fear of the Lord. Let the next generation be raised in divine wisdom. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
- Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation. Holy Spirit, we ask for the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Jesus Christ, as Paul prayed in Ephesians 1:17. Let the eyes of our understanding be enlightened. Let us know God more deeply — His ways, His purposes, and His plans for our lives. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
- Declaration of Divine Wisdom. We declare over this congregation: We have the mind of Christ! We walk in divine wisdom! Every major decision we make is guided by the Holy Spirit! We are not confused — we are directed! We are not lost — we are led! From Grace to Grace — WE OVERFLOW IN DIVINE WISDOM! Amen!
